Digital and Analog Video Distribution

Educational institutions typically require video distribution systems which allow commercial or educational channels to be fed into the classrooms, in addition to live and pre-recorded program materials (student productions, etc.). Newer schools may have a studio facility from which to originate programs. Video can be streamed over a LAN /WAN or delivered in analog format. The media retrieval function of the Telecor System can interface with an analog video distribution center and telephone system, enabling teachers to control individual program sources from their classroom, and then select them on their classroom television.
